Background

Mix Talent was engaged by an oncology-focused biotechnology company to fill R&D and Tech Ops positions.

Over the course of this partnership, our performance helped expand Mix’s scope of work to include building both the entire Commercial organization and the Medical Affairs leadership for our client’s anticipated product launch.

We also implemented a 10-month RPO project with a dedicated recruiter handling the internship program.

Mix was responsible for full-service recruiting, including generating and delivering offers. The Mix Project Manager submitted weekly reports to provide an overview of the status of every requisition as well as a weekly call to review all recruitment activity.

Our team augmented and streamlined the client’s onboarding process for all Field Sales hires.

In-House Behavioral Scientists

We created assessments after identifying behaviors needed for success and trained a team of first-time leaders on interview best practices.
