Our packages are customized to meet you where you’re at and support the changes you want to make. Most clients start with a 6-month package which includes a comprehensive, validated developmental assessment. We meet regularly one-on-one to accomplish the goals and agenda you set. Curated micro-learnings & tailored behavioral/reflective practices punctuate sessions.

Working with a trusted external coach creates space for leaders to stop firefighting and be truly strategic. They direct time and energy into what matters most and act with greater clarity, courage, confidence, and impact. Director, Leadership Coaching

Dr. Sara Shondrick is a leadership coach and consultant with 15+ years of experience partnering with executives from startups to the Fortune 100. She founded Mix Talent’s coaching practice to help leaders get unstuck and lead with greater courage, clarity, confidence, and well-being using evidence-based principles.

As an organizational psychologist, she helps people cultivate an authentic leadership style, embrace change, and enhance resilience to ultimately achieve more impactful results. As an executive coach, she supports her clients in uncovering their values, challenging their default stories, broadening their perspectives, and creating the changes they desire using an analytical, compassionate, nonjudgmental, and whole-person approach. She integrates practices from the fields of positive psychology, neuroscience, organizational psychology, somatics, & existentialism to help people lead better lives.
