Mix was engaged by a leading cell therapy company to help fill 70+ requisitions in a highly competitive talent marketplace.
The client was seeking a partner who could help scale the Talent Acquisition (TA) team while delivering a strategic approach to sourcing.
The client needed support with:
- TA infrastructure + operational support
- Strategic sourcing
- Company-wide recruiting
- Compensation strategy and analysis
Approach
Mix provided a dedicated, on-site Recruitment Lead to supplement the in-house HR team, act as a talent strategic adviser, and handle day-to-day interactions with hiring managers in high-growth departments.
Mix assembled a team of 3 recruiters and 1 strategic sourcer to efficiently engage and assess candidates, tell the client story to the marketplace, and support sourcing across all requisitions.
Mix’s HR consulting team was engaged to address the need for a competitive compensation structure in the Boston market.
Results
Overall, the project resulted in:
Assisted with the selection, customization and implementation of a new Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Successfully completed 75% of 2021 hiring in Q1, and on track to complete additional hiring ahead of schedule
Developed a Recruiter Playbook that outlined all key processes for future hiring and became the foundation for a performance management system
Delivered a comprehensive compensation philosophy, strategy, and practice guidelines. Conducted market analysis to determine appropriate benchmarks and identified compensation ranges to include total cash compensation and equity
